    • Characterization of Clay (Smectite),at nano Scale, and interpreting the process of the formation of bole bed clay, preserved between flows of Deccan Basalt, in and around Maharashtra
    • Role of biota in the fomration of Clay in low temperature environment
    • Combined effect of biota and fluid on reaction mechanism to Mineral surface, in low temperature environment
    • molecular investigation of basalt alteration process using x-ray absorption study
