About Me



I am a Ph.D. candidate working under the supervision of Prof. Surya S. Durbha in GeoComputational Systems and IoT Research Group at Centre of Studies in Resources Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. My primary research interests lie at the intersection of Building Damage Assessment using 3D Point Clouds and Multispectral imagery. I work on LiDAR data processing, Deep Learning, High Performance Computing, and Remote Sensing. I am a recipient of the Prime Minister's Research Fellow (PMRF) fellowship which comes under the Ministry of Education, Government of India.

I have completed my Masters in Geoinformatics from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. I have a work experience of more than four years as a Software Developer working majorly in Java and in the domain of Internet of Things, Advertisement, Real-Time Systems, etc. I am an Open Source contributor and I have worked with Computational Science and Engineering | TU Wien, Austria for a project in Google Summer of Code.

Apart from working on a research problem, you can find me mostly on my saddle completing an endurance ride, playing table tennis or cooking.
