Welcome to DESH Group at IIT Bombay. Led by Prof. Veeresh Deshpande, our group focuses on development of novel devices compatible with Si CMOS technology and explore hetero-integration with CMOS through 3D-IC fabrication, circuit design, and circuit level performance evaluation. The main motto is to develop hetero-integrated CMOS technology for neuromorphic, AI accelerators, and quantum computing systems.
