This website was made as a compilation of my First-Semester's Design Studio Project of my B.Des course at IDC IIT Bombay in 2022. This was a four week long project where we had to explore the world of Food through different approaches such as observation, critical thinking and communication and document them through drawings, videos, writings and any other means.

Having lived in Bangalore for so long, picking Dosa as my topic didn't take me much thought as I knew it would definitely be something I would enjoy and would bring out something interesting as a result, though there is still a lot left to discover.
