The Vidyut Project, a collaboration with STAGE, University of Chicago

STAGE Center (Scientists, Technologists, and Artists Generating Exploration), University of Chicago's Pritzker School of Molecular Engineering (https://stagecenter.uchicago.edu) is an initiative to bring science to the people.

In this collaboration, work done by our group on demand-side management on agricultural feeders was used as a basis to explore creative ways — including storytelling, games, and film — to communicate ideas around energy-efficiency and rural technologies with farming communities. The initiatives were conducted in two villages - Pimpalgaon and __ , in Beed district.
