Resilience and Security in Multiagent Systems

Resilience and security are critical aspects of networked control systems since extensive use of networked interaction leaves such control systems vulnerable to potential attacks. Contrary to cyber-attacks and misbehaving agents purely in the domain of information sciences, such anomalies may lead to physical damage to equipment and personnel in the realm of robotics and vehicular networks. The presence of misbehaving agents, deception attacks, and denial-of-service might prohibit the multiagent system from achieving a common objective.

Broadly speaking, our objective is to ensure robustness and safety in a networked setting in spite of such anomalies.
