About me

I'm a theoretical physicist exploring extreme events and phenomena in the Universe. I work at the Department of Physics, Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.

My research journey dives deep into extending Einstein's General Relativity. I focus on understanding what happens when gravity becomes incredibly strong and non-linear, like in the very early moments of our universe (Early-Universe Cosmology) and around compact objects like black holes and Neutron stars. In Jist: Our group pushes the boundaries of our current understanding to unveil the universe's deepest secrets! More
